Shipping
Shipping is free on every First Fire order.
Orders typically arrive within five to seven business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Every pot is handmade in Khurja, India, and packed with the ingredient system before it reaches you. First Fire is a limited first release made in small batches, so if something is running behind we will tell you directly rather than leave you guessing.
Your pot arrives handmade
Each Mitipot is thrown and fired by hand, so no two are identical. Small variations in colour, surface and shape are the mark of the process, not a fault.
Clay does not survive every journey. If your pot arrives cracked or broken, email us a photo at hello@mitipot.com and we will replace it.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us at hello@mitipot.com and we will make it right.
Because the ingredients are food products, we cannot accept returns on opened pouches for safety reasons.
